Content compliance

Tracking

Platform rules

What goes in, and what doesn't.

Every brief carries specific instructions. These are the baseline rules across all chur.bet campaigns.

Must include

  • Responsible gambling message using the exact wording provided in the brief
  • 18+ age restriction statement, visible and audible in video content
  • Sponsorship or paid-partnership disclosure formatted to platform requirements
  • Dealt. tracking link, unmasked and placed as specified in the brief
  • chur.bet branding (logo, colour, mention) where the brief requires
  • Submission to dealt. for review before any publishing or going live

Must not include

  • Guarantees of winning, 'guaranteed returns' or 'risk-free' language of any kind
  • Claims about withdrawal speed, bonus terms or wagering not verified with the brand
  • Any content that could be interpreted as targeting under-18 audiences
  • Named negative comparisons to other operators, unless the brief explicitly permits it
  • Masked or redirected tracking links — all links must pass through dealt.
  • Content published or broadcast before approval is received through dealt.media

Follow Twitch's gambling content policy. Apply geo-restrictions as specified. RG messaging on all promotional overlays.
