1. Eligibility & Baseline Requirements

Required — Age & Jurisdiction

Must be 18 or over and operating in a jurisdiction cleared under the dealt. platform KYC process. Market eligibility is determined at the point of KYC, not at brief application. Not all briefs are available in all jurisdictions.

Required — Identity

KYC must be completed through the dealt.media platform before any paid brief can be accepted. KYC is a one-time process that carries across all brands on the marketplace.

Required — Content Compliance

Every piece of content submitted against a brief must include the approved responsible gambling message, the 18+ age restriction statement, and the platform-appropriate sponsorship disclosure. Exact wording is provided inside the brief.

Required — Tracking

Content must use the dealt. tracking link provided inside the brief. Link masking, redirect wrapping, or use of third-party link shorteners is not permitted. Conversions are validated against clean tracking data only.

Required — Platform Rules

Creators are responsible for compliance with their own platform's policies — Twitch gambling content rules, YouTube sponsorship disclosure requirements, TikTok content guidelines, and so on. The brief will specify which platforms are approved for each campaign. Not all platforms are cleared for all campaigns.

2. Prohibited Claims & Content Restrictions

Required — Prohibited Claims

Content must never contain guarantees of winning, "risk-free" language, unverified claims about withdrawal speed or bonus terms, content targeting minors, or direct negative comparisons to other named operators — unless the brief explicitly permits it.

Required — Submission

Content must be submitted for review inside dealt.media before going live. Publishing content before approval is a breach of the programme rules and may result in brief disqualification and non-payment.

Required — Deadlines

Each brief has a stated deadline and delivery count. Creators who accept a brief are committing to meet these requirements. Late or incomplete delivery may affect payout and tier progression.

Conditional — Kickers

Where a brief includes a kicker bonus, the threshold and payment terms are stated inside the brief. Kicker payments are contingent on validated FTD count within the stated campaign window and are subject to fraud review.

House Tier Only — Retainers

Monthly retainers are a discretionary benefit available to House-tier creators only. Retainers are not automatic — they are offered at the brand's discretion based on sustained quality performance over the qualifying 90-day period.

House Tier Only — Creator Pitches

House-tier creators may submit their own campaign concept to a brand via dealt.media. The brand may accept, decline, or counter the pitch. Accepted pitches are treated as standard briefs for all compliance, tracking, and payment purposes.

3. Content Guidance — What Goes In & What Stays Out

Must include (mandatory on every brief)

  • Responsible gambling message using the exact wording provided in the brief
  • 18+ age restriction statement, visible and audible in video content
  • Sponsorship or paid partnership disclosure, formatted to platform requirements
  • dealt. tracking link, unmasked and placed as specified in the brief
  • chur.bet branding elements as specified (logo, colour, mention) where the brief requires

Must not include

  • Guarantees of winning, "guaranteed returns", or "risk-free" language of any kind
  • Claims about withdrawal speed, bonus terms, or wagering requirements not verified with the brand
  • Any content that could be interpreted as targeting minors or under-18 audiences
  • Named negative comparisons to other operators, unless the brief explicitly permits this

4. Platform-Specific Notes

Twitch

Must follow Twitch gambling content policy. Geo-restrictions must be applied as specified. All promotional overlays must include responsible gambling messaging.

YouTube

Promotion disclosure card required. Thumbnail must not feature currency, jackpot amounts, or win screens as the primary visual element.

X / Twitter

Post must include responsible gambling hashtag or text as specified. Pinning of affiliate links is not permitted without brand approval.

TikTok

Must follow TikTok content guidelines. All promotional content must include responsible gambling messaging as specified in the brief.

Instagram

Paid partnership label required via Meta's native tool. Stories with swipe-up links must include responsible gambling text.

5. Tier Structure & Earnings

Rev share is earned on net gaming revenue (NGR) after fraud costs, gaming taxes, and chargebacks. All earnings figures are indicative based on campaign FTD targets and historical NGR. Actual outcomes depend on audience quality, content performance, traffic quality, and downstream player value.

6. How It Works

1

Apply through dealt.media. Submit your application on dealt.media. You'll provide your platform handles, audience overview, and primary content type. This single application gives you access to the full dealt. marketplace — not just chur.bet.

2

Complete KYC and jurisdiction check. You'll complete an identity verification and jurisdiction check. This is required by all brands on the platform and protects you from promoting into markets where iGaming content is restricted. It takes around 10 minutes.

3

Browse and apply for briefs. Once approved, you'll see all live chur.bet briefs — and opportunities from other licensed brands on the dealt. marketplace. Each brief shows the earnings range, deliverable count, FTD target, and deadline.

4

Create and submit your content. Produce your content against the brief instructions, including the required responsible gambling messaging and platform-specific disclosures. Submit inside dealt. for review. The SLA is 48 hours — you'll receive approved or revision feedback within that window.

5

Track, earn, and progress. Monitor clicks and conversions in your dealt. dashboard. Rev share earnings are calculated on net gaming revenue after fraud costs, gaming taxes, and chargebacks. Payouts run on a defined cycle with no disputes process. Consistent performance moves you through the Spin, Stack, and House tiers.
